Important: All transactions on Pompito.fun are executed on the Base blockchain and are publicly visible. You acknowledge that:

• All transactions are permanently recorded on the blockchain
• Your wallet addresses and transaction history are publicly visible on BaseScan
• Token creation, buying, and selling activities are transparent
• This transparency is inherent to blockchain technology and cannot be avoided

By using our platform, you consent to this public transparency and understand that your trading activity may be visible to others.

You are solely responsible for:

• Wallet Security: Securing your private keys and wallet credentials
• Token Management: Managing and protecting your tokens and assets
• Transaction Verification: Verifying all transaction details before confirming
